Master Certified L1 Technician
Master technician will be A.S.E. & L1 certified and ensure that all certifications are kept up to date. Must have a valid driver's license and be in good standing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Master Certified L1 Technician is responsible for the following:
Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of all major automotive systems and sub-systems including, but not limited to:
- Air conditioning & heating systems including climate control systems.
- A.B.S. & conventional braking systems.
- Starting & charging systems.
- Electrical systems, diagnostics, and repair.
- Computerized fuel and engine management systems, including scan system diagnostics and reprogramming capabilities.
- Engine systems diagnosis, repair, and maintenance.
- Engine lube, oil and filter maintenance.
- Cooling system service, repair, and maintenance.
- Engine serpentine drive belt and timing belt replacement.
- Transmission systems diagnosis, repair, and maintenance.
- Exhaust and emissions systems service and repair.
- Steering systems maintenance, service, and repair.
- Suspension systems maintenance, service, and repair.
- Wheel alignment, thrust angle, and 4-wheel alignment.
- Tire repair service and installation.
General Service Technician
General Service Technician will be either be enrolled in an automotive educational program or have completed one. They will be working towards A.S.E. & L1 certification while ensuring that they keep all earned certifications up to date. They will have a valid driver's license, in good standing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The General Service Technician is responsible for continued education as well as assisting a master technician in the following fields:
Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of all major automotive systems and sub-systems including, but not limited to:

Customer Service Representative
The customer service representative is the face and voice from Kamphaus Auto Care to our community. Must have previous customer service experience and maintain a driver's license in good standing.
Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus but NOT a requirement. We will train the right candidate to assist our team to provide World Class customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advocate for customer needs.
- Perform customer intake.
- Perform follow up contact as needed.
- Schedule and monitor appointments made through multiple means.
- Coordinate customer emergencies.
- Assist with loaner car program.
- Assist service advisors, service writers and managers as needed.
- Transport customers or vehicles locally.
- Transport parts too/from Kamphaus Auto Care.
- Maintaining comfortable lobby for customers.
- The drive to be better every day.
Skills required for this position:
- Excellent customer service skills with drive to always be better.
- Ability to organize and keep track of multiple tasks at a time.
- Familiarity with Windows computers.
- Experience with G-Suite, Word and Excell a plus.
