Took my 2008 Volvo S80 in for oil change and asked them to look at a few issues that I have noticed. They are very thorough on the inspection. I liked the program they use that includes pictures of all the areas of your car they are inspecting. I felt no pressure to get the work done but they did go over things that may happen if I don't address the issue and the possible cost involved. Informed they also do vehicle inspections for $99 for when I am in the market for a car, which I will definitely keep in mind!

Inspections are very thorough. Whenever the check engine light is on, the problem is found right away and fixed. I can always drop by and ask for the tires to be checked. If there's a problem, I can get an appointment quickly. Everyone is kind, sociable, and able to explain all the reasons why my car needs the repairs. Emails have pictures of the car so that I understand every issue.

Took my car multiple places due to an overwhelming scent of a gas leak. Kamphaus was another stop after being told multiple times there was no issue, but Mat immediately realized something was wrong and that the issue needed to be addressed and fixed. They found the issue a couple of hours after taking my car in and also identified a preventative fix as to not put me in the same place in a month, all while keeping the broken parts to show the repairs were really needed. Mat was upfront and honest throughout the process, and I was also provided a courtesy vehicle to allow me to continue daily life. Kamphaus will be my first stop for future maintenance.
