This is my second time visiting Kamphaus Auto Care, and their customer service is still top-notch. My check-engine light was on, which is a scary moment for any driver, but they diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly and fixed the car for a very fair price. The motto is certainly right: You really do walk in as a customer, but leave as a friend. I've been very happy with their service and will be returning again.

Came in because car did not pass emissions test, and also needed estimate for other repair. Sam Randazzo was terrific, he explained diagnostic results and options available. Was very patient answering my questions and listening to my concerns. I was treated with respect, and best of all, there is NO "hard sell". I've already told others about my positive experience, and will definitely be back for any future work on my car. Thanks, Sam!

On the way to work noticed my tire was low. There were no gas stations around so I ended up going to this repair shop where they check all 4 of my tires for free and filled my low tire.Ended up coming back after work after 9pm to get my oil changed. Great shop great service great price and very honest.

Kudo's to Rich and the guys who worked on my car and have it done in a timely manner. I have to say that this repair turned out to be a more enjoyable experience instead of raising my blood pressure.
