Brought my 1999 Chrysler 300m in for bad rims that had horrible rim leaks. They took car of the rim leaks with excellent service an quality. It was done the same day and the price was very reasonable. I also bought replacement rims to fix some issues with a couple of the leaky original rims which I brought to Kamphaus. They swapped over the tires and did all the labor just to find out they didn't fit. They swapped everything back over and cleaned up the originals and sealed them up nicely. They only charged me for cleaning and sealing the four original rims and nothing else. They work hard and care about automotive service. I would recommend Kamphaus to anyone in the Hanover Park/Schaumburg area.

Excellent work. Rich (owner) provided me with a rough estimate for the cost of the work to be done which turned out to be on the nose. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time and he offered--many times over!--to come pick me up at my work and take me to his shop to pick up my car. I declined but he provides excellent service.

This is my second time visiting Kamphaus Auto Care, and their customer service is still top-notch. My check-engine light was on, which is a scary moment for any driver, but they diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly and fixed the car for a very fair price. The motto is certainly right: You really do walk in as a customer, but leave as a friend. I've been very happy with their service and will be returning again.
