The service was great, as usual, but the customer service is really what sets the guys at Kamphaus apart from other shops. They're thorough, they don't try to sell me a bunch of things I don't need, and they took the time to "check out" my son's toy car. I'll be coming here for a long time.

Brought my 1999 Chrysler 300m in for bad rims that had horrible rim leaks. They took car of the rim leaks with excellent service an quality. It was done the same day and the price was very reasonable. I also bought replacement rims to fix some issues with a couple of the leaky original rims which I brought to Kamphaus. They swapped over the tires and did all the labor just to find out they didn't fit. They swapped everything back over and cleaned up the originals and sealed them up nicely. They only charged me for cleaning and sealing the four original rims and nothing else. They work hard and care about automotive service. I would recommend Kamphaus to anyone in the Hanover Park/Schaumburg area.

Excellent work. Rich (owner) provided me with a rough estimate for the cost of the work to be done which turned out to be on the nose. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time and he offered--many times over!--to come pick me up at my work and take me to his shop to pick up my car. I declined but he provides excellent service.
