Bryant stated he did not feel he was only interested in his money. As a result, it was important to him. The representative was able to touch bases regarding the service. However the business could serve him better by providing information what service is needed, why is it needed, and explain the costs for the repair services in depth. As a result, he would feel they are looking out for his best interests, not just his paycheck. He would definitely recommend the business to anyone.
