I took my car in just for an oil change and tire rotation, but I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough they were at inspecting my car and making sure I drove away with a clean bill of health.

Thank you for a job well done it was so nice to see light inside my car again. I dont like to many people working on my car. I was so unplease with another shop because i wantedto trust them and they failed and i told them so. I like this service

Justin said overall this business did a very good job, but they told him he would get his vehicle back in 30 minutes, and he got it back in 1 hour. Justin stated he doesn't remember the reason he was given for the delay.

I just had an oil change this time. I feel they are honest when asking questions about your car and do not do unnecessry work. That is hard to find these days.

I'm very happy with Rich and the overall experience. I've found that if something is repaired Rich will go out of his way to insure you're satisfied and also double check the work next time you're in. The prices are reasonable and the coupons definitely help. I plan on continuing to us Kamphaus Auto exculsively.

After repeated attempts to solve multiple problems with my car at 2 different dealers, Rich was able to quickly take the time to listen and understand what needed to be done. The work was professional, quoted, and done right the first time. Since then I have had both my wife's car and my son's car in for service. All the work that was performed was quick and completed as promised. If this keeps up, I may never trade in my car!

Rich is super cool and he cares about his customers. He and his team of tech's are always up on the latest info and training. The biggest problem to auto repair, is diagnosis. you have to know or find the problem in order to fix it. Many places fall short on this aspect of auto repair. NOT AT KAMPHAUS!!! They have the knowledge, equipment, and experience to repair your auto's problem. Mix all that together and add great customer service and you have found a place to take your car for repair and maintenance for the rest of your life!!!
