I originally paid for brake service at another shop, but it didn’t go well. Kamphaus was recommended to me and I’m glad I followed up with them. They provide the FULL service (unlike the other place) and at the same price I had paid - more service for the same price! Today, they were able to finish the needed repairs at a reasonable price & get me back on the road. Kamphaus did the job thoroughly and explained to me what went wrong, the condition of my car & what needed to be done to fix my problem. They are honest about their prices (& fair too!). Guess who found a new mechanic!

Work done on my 2012 MAZDA 2 - Mat was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me and quoted an accurate price to me before proceeding with work. Yay! no surprises. Free loaner for the day. They were able to correct all the issues even when the Mazda dealer was unable to. This was my first visit and I will be returning for future work.

This establishment defines the word perfection! Not only are they professional, but honest, friendly, and most important…. Thorough! The most dangerous thing one does on a daily basis without even thinking about it is what…..getting behind the wheel of their car! This team of skilled professionals will always make sure when your vehicle leaves and you get behind the wheel you’re going to be safe! With 25 years experience in the automotive field and battling two different dealerships on something that should of been covered under warranty but they did not want to hold up to there end of the deal and denied me, I had to make a move, so I called this facility knowing that I was going to be safe leaving with with an honest answer to my problem and I was right and it was half of the cost of what the dealer quoted me with the correct diagnosis and not another phone call saying”you also need this.” Trust and reputation is everything and a big thanks to everyone over there that pitched in! well done and again thank you for making my vehicle safe again!
