After my interactions from the start, from the very first phone call with Kamphaus they were attentive and flexible. They called when they said they would, had great customer service from drop off to pick up and all the in between. They were friendly, fast, knowledgeable and reliable. After taking our vehicle to 2 other places over the last 2 years, spending hundreds of dollars only to not have the problem fixed we brought it to Kamphouse Auto after a friend highly recommended them. Our problem was with the engine cooling system. They took one look at the previous repair and knew immediately where the problem was. After a little research they were the ones to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. I was so relieved. From the first phone call with Jess through the completion of the repairs it was such a refreshing experience. Matt & Rich kept me updated the entire time and are super great guys. Spending money on car repairs is painful but necessary so it’s great to find a service company that is extremely knowledgeable, fair, and honest!

Rich was quick, truthful, and informative on my failed IL Emissions...Didn't charge, as promised, and confirmed the IL test equipment failed...not my car. Even offered to help bring the car back to the test site if their equipment failed again. Big relief!
