These folks are the best! They managed to diagnose a problem I've been having with my hybrid for a year and a half. Two different dealerships looked at it five different times and claimed nothing was wrong with it. I'm driving one of their free loaners right now while they are replacing my transmission. They even inspected the whole vehicle at no charge to make sure it was worth doing the expensive transmission repair, in case anything else expensive was starting to go wrong. If you have a hybrid, I highly recommend taking it to them... they are experts on hybrid repair and know them inside and out. ***UPDATE - AUGUST 2022*** Just got back from dropping off my hybrid for them to investigate a small transmission fluid leak. Before I got home, which is an hour and 15 minutes drive, Matt had already figured out the problem, located parts, and had an estimate for my approval. They expect to get parts tomorrow and finish the work up on Thursday. They are the best, hands down, if you drive a hybrid.

So my transmission test did not pass and seeing as my car is not old I was not to happy and worried about the cost. I found this gem on the recommendations on the paper given to me after the failed transmission test. From the 1st initial phone call to book a appointment to the finale of having my car back in great shape and even them going to make sure my emission test passed was fantastic. Customer service was outstanding and that is something I look for especially and most important I think there prices are reasonable. They even took the time to see what my car might need at a later visit and created a profile to send me of my car with pictures and details of what may need my attention sooner then later. This will defiantly be my go to spot now for car repairs. Thank you for making my visit with you easy and affordable.

My mother used this place to get a mass air flow sensor replaced so that she could pass emissions... they charged her $139 dollars for the OBD, $149 for the labor (or the part???), and $202.65 for the part (or the labor???). Not sure about those last two charges, but I was able to look up the exact same part, from Blue Streak Electronics ($100 average), and typical mechanics pay ($25.95 hr). The sensor is a plug unit, i.e., unplug and plug in. The car was serviced for about 4 hours. Grand total = $551.96. Total transparency... you be the judge. I went with 4 stars simply because, yes, the part was changed and emissions was passed, not sure about the price, seems high. Oh, the car is a 2003 Ford escort.
