These folks are the best! They managed to diagnose a problem I've been having with my hybrid for a year and a half. Two different dealerships looked at it five different times and claimed nothing was wrong with it. I'm driving one of their free loaners right now while they are replacing my transmission. They even inspected the whole vehicle at no charge to make sure it was worth doing the expensive transmission repair, in case anything else expensive was starting to go wrong. If you have a hybrid, I highly recommend taking it to them... they are experts on hybrid repair and know them inside and out.
