The most corrupted shop and mechanics ever imaginable Ruined an oil change 2 times on my Honda accord Did not put the drain plug on and resulted in the oil fully draining out - mind you 2 times GAVE ME EXCUSES Second car- went to get my hand brake tightened on my suv- simple job right- they did not do it properly Went back the week after letting them know- they wanted to charge me 130 to JUST TO LOOK AT IT! And gave me all kinds of excuses Can you imagine these crooks? If you care about your safely and vehicle- DO NOT GO TO THESE FRAUDS
In regards to your honda, the last time it was seen here was in 2015. I have the inspections on file where we informed you of the leaking drain plug and stripped threads in you oil pan and you refused repairs. As far as I am concerned that is a negligent car owner. In regards to the parking brake on your FJ Cruiser, we adjusted it for you the first time at the lever, as you would not authorize the time to adjust it correctly by disassembling the rear brakes and using the proper adjusting components. When you returned stating that it was out of adjustment again, after having rear brake work done by someone else. Had the brake work been done correctly, no additional adjustment would be needed. As I informed you on your first visit, the adjustment at the lever is to take up cable slack only, it is not for every day adjustment. The adjuster is inside the rotor on the parking brake assembly. The charge to adjust it again was to disassemble the rears and re-do a job that was done incorrectly be some one else. We'd be happy to fix it for you if you'd like, please let us know.
