You can do NO better than Kamphaus Automotive! After years of failings, we moved here 2 years ago, hoping that Lurie Children’s Hospital could save our daughter. After reconstructive brain surgery, we continue to face exhaustive adversity. Upon our arrival, years of ignored vehicle maintenance came to be. Repeatedly, in these last 2 years, we have had the luxury of not fretting or doubting our automotive maintenance needs. Today, once again, our extended family at Kamphaus has responded to our automotive needs with the continued warmth and professionalism we’ve come to appreciate so much. With 2 very ill children, and nonstop multiple weekly hospital trips, having this world class PIT CREW on call continues to bring comfort when needed. We love ya’ll!

Always a great visit, had a warning light come on and was able to stop by for a quick diagnosis and given option to replace the bad part immediately or schedule for later. Luckily I was able to take care of it immediately and they had the work completed and on my way fairly quickly. This is always my first stop for issues as the great staff does a thorough and quick job and feel they always do what they can to provide me with the best deal without pushing for extra's that are not necessary. Waiting area is very clean with spaced seating options indoor as well as a few seats available outside, as well as loaners if needing to leave the car behind for a longer period

Excellent customer service! I thought Rich made me comfortable in knowing that my car is in good hands and Matt explained the work he did in detail. Very honest, very intuitive. It is hard to find a garage that you can trust, and I think I have found one in Kemphaus! I’m giving them an A+!!!!!

Outstanding service from the entire team. The issues with my vehicle were explained clearly and in detail. Mat had a great understanding of electric vehicles and took extra time to walk me through how mine operates. I will be back for any and all maintenance in the future.
