Great and fast service and I am bringing back my other car next week Matt was very professional and friendly

I come in for a standard oil change, and also let them know I have a problem with the negative terminal being loose. Also, I am well aware a few other things are wrong, nothing major though. Got the enhanced oil chamge package, since that's what I used to pay anyways, and waited. As the oil drains, a tech calls me over to point out something to me, which was the crap job the chain brakes I was forced to go to last time. He was concerned for my safety, and didn't try to sell anything. I told him I would talk to my wife and then call for pricing when I can. I go back and wait, and they offered to get me pricing for the rotars. They call me back again for the negative terminal fix, and as one tech explaining the genius mind behind Ford's, another tech looked in at made a great suggestion in which the guy agreed with. Waited about an hour, and they interacted with 3 people while I was here, and the polite and above average costumer service was delivered to everyone. Great place and definitely will be back!

Rich and Matt over communicated, showed me everything that was wrong and needed replaced, gave me a free loaner for as long as I needed it, worked some of the labor costs down and made me feel like someone they cared about and wanted to be safe on the road. He even pushed me to go to the other places to cover things under warranty rather than have them repair it and make more money. Kamphaus wants to make money and be an effective business... but not at the expense of caring for customers and offering an amazing service.

Yesterday while sitting in a parking spot in front of the bank I hear this loud noise that made me jump out of my skin. Knowing that it came from my truck but not knowing what it was I put my truck in reverse, no power steering, no a/c, the brake light & battery lite is on. Called Kamphaus Auto they gave me the phone number to Golf & Busse Towing and within 1 hour my truck was at Kamphaus and they started working on it. Communication from them was great. I was told what was wrong, given an estimate before repairs, which had to be done, and the price on my bill matched the estimate. Very affordable, they have great service hours that are flexible with anyone's busy schedule & excellent service. I had my a/c fixed here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Had my air conditioner fixed on our 2010 Focus here last week. My car had to stay overnight-so Kamphaus gave us a ride home and picked us up the next day!!! Excellent customer service and fine work done by their mechanics!! No more taking our car to the Ford dealer and waiting around all day for our car!! Even waiting well over an hour at Ford dealer for an oil change. We will be going to Kamphaus!!!
