I typically don't write reviews about car repair/supply/maintenance/service stores because they typically do a bad job, for instance CarX, Midas, Redmon's and Firestone. Some do an adequate job but nothing to wake the wife about, for instance: CarMax, NTB and JiffyLube. I never had an all-around great experience, until last weekend. I took the day to plan on taking care of my car: emission test, renew registration, replace a light bulb, buy some screws for the rear license place, oil change, refill the windshield fluid, get new wiper blades, check out the gas smell, clean up my car and some other stuff. So I stopped at Jiffy for a light bulb replacement, the oil change and to check the gas smell. They said that there was no gas smell and were out of my specific light bulb, so I left. I then went to CarMax who had the light bulb, did the oil change but said there was no problem with the gas smell. They didn't have my windshield wiper blades. That's why I went to Auto Kamphaus. I asked for the wipers. They came back saying that my car smelled like there is a gas leak. Then the owner came saying what smells like gas fumes? Sure enough, after removing the gas tank, a leak was coming out of a module. They fixed the problems, took care of the warranty paperwork, got the required parts, cleaned up my car, drove me home during the repair time and came back to pick me up. The entire process was painless and easy and my car runs like a million dollar, if a million dollar had an engine. This is the second time I have used them in one year, and both time the service and competency level of the entire team has been absolutely impressive. And I got a free coffee mug on top. I am impressed.
