I came in fairly late on Saturday after my van broke down on the way to the shop. Despite being very busy, Rich assured me that he'd have it ready to go that day. This is extremely important to me as I use my van for business every weekday-and being without it for even one day costs me a ton of money. True to his word, the van was repaired that day and I'm very pleased with his professionalism-and the quality of the repair. Moreover, Rich told me about their hours of operation during the week-which I fully intend to take advantage of in the future. Thanks again.

Every place that I go to get an oil change they do not tell me what the problem is. I went to Kamphaus and they told me what was wrong and they were very nice and explained everything to me what need to get done on my car.

Repairs were done well. Sam and Rich were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I wish the prices were lower, though.
