I was very satisfied with the service and the fact that you can take me in that late in the day and repair my van that evening. I will continue to bring my vehicles in for service.

Had a problem with some newly installed breaks and Rich and his team took care of it at no cost to me. They're not sure what caused it, maybe the spray for my tires from the car wash. Anyway my thanks to all of the Kamphaus crew.

All of my interactions with the Kamphaus staff were pleasant and informative. They did their best in keeping my costs down and making sure I was satisfied. They are both friendly and professional. We feel right at home and will be returning to have our cars worked on in the future.

Everyone was very polite and attentive and kept me informed about what was going on. They made me feel very comfortable while I waited for my car and worked extra hard to finish the work as quickly as possible.

I've know Rich a long time and he's always done a wonderful job on informing me if there's something that needs to be done now or if it can wait for a while. Had an oil change last time I was in and it was done on time. He also informs me if they found anything during the oil change.

I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles back to have Rich and the guys work on my cars!! They have done many things for me that Firestone, NTB, and Just Tires (just to name a few) COULDN'T do. Excellent deals, GREAT prices, ALWAYS a coupon for pretty much anything... Simply put if you don't go to Kamphaus you're stupid for going anywhere else and paying high prices.

They helped me save a lot of money by doing the right diagnosis for my check engine light issue and fixing it all for around $280, whereas two different dealers had quoted me around $2k repairs with 2 different solutions (1 said i need a new computer, the other i need new catalytic converter, etc). They were able to diagnose the issue being only with the oxygen sensor that the fixed promptly. Very Happy with their service and knowledge.

Awesome to work with Kamphaus people. They will explain everything and treat like a friend not just a costumer. I am so happy we found Kamphaus for our auto care. Totally trust the people to work on our cars. P.S. Gave excellent Tire advice.

It is awesome to be able to schedule appointments on line. The hours of operation are great!
